A Day of Healing, Culture, and Connection: Recap of the Armenian Wellness Festival

On May 4th, our community came together for a meaningful day filled with healing, joy, and inspiration. Attendees took part in mental health seminars led by professionals, enjoyed interactive wellness activities, and experienced cultural moments that brought us all closer.

We offered face painting and snacks for kids, a variety of delicious Armenian food, and live entertainment including a DJ, dancing, and a beautiful violin performance. Every detail was thoughtfully planned to create a safe, supportive space to learn, connect, and celebrate wellness in all its forms.

The Armenian Wellness Festival was a one-day event celebrating mental health awareness, wellness, and Armenian culture. Attendees took part in cultural cooking demos, like learning how to make Jingalov Hath. There was live entertainment, featuring a DJ, dancing, and violin performance. We also had face painting and snacks for the kids, and of course, delicious Armenian pastries, and lots of food.

The event was open to all — individuals, families, youth, elders — anyone interested in mental health, wellness, and Armenian cultural connection.
